The design of succession plans and the brokerage of companies is a business that requires the utmost discretion, trust, and a deep understanding of organizations. After almost two decades of successfully filling management positions (executive search), we know that the true value of a medium-sized company is not measured solely in balance sheets, but above all in its established structure, its culture, and the people who shape it.

This—and our methodology—is what sets us apart from the traditional M&A market: we don't wait for companies to be listed on anonymous stock exchanges. Our strongest tool is proactive, discreet direct search. We actively engage with the market and approach owners and potential strategic buyers at C-level in a targeted and confidential manner – exactly as we have been doing for 18 years in recruiting top executives.

We apply this in-depth expertise in establishing direct contact and assessing organizations to the brokerage of entire businesses. Whether it's age-related succession in medium-sized companies, strategic acquisitions to expand capacity, or the integration of well-established teams, we bring buyers and sellers together discreetly, purposefully, and on equal terms.

Our approach

  • Analysis & goal definition: At the beginning of each mandate, we gain a deep understanding of your life's work or your strategic acquisition goal. Together with you, we analyze the economic conditions, organizational structure, and specific corporate culture. Based on this, we develop a realistic assessment of the market environment and clearly define which strategic partners or target companies are suitable.

  • Research & Active Sourcing: Unlike passive brokers, we use our in-house research department to identify suitable companies and investors. Our consultants then make contact by directly approaching them by telephone. We conduct this initial exploration with the utmost discretion and without clearly naming our client at first, in order to gauge the market and assess the seriousness of the other party.

  • Process support & moderation: A corporate transaction is a highly sensitive and often emotional process. As your reliable partner, we support you from the initial exploratory talks and structuring of the information exchange to the final agreement. We moderate the discussions and ensure that, in addition to the economic facts, the vision for the future of the company and its employees is also aligned. For legal and tax due diligence, we work hand in hand with your or our specialized network partners.

Processes / ISO 9001:2015

As a clearly process-oriented company, our focus is always on working efficiently and purposefully.

In order to be subject to a continuous improvement process as a service provider, we have adapted all processes in our company to the ISO 9001:2015 standard and were successfully certified by TÜV Nord in 2018. Recertification took place in 2021 and 2024.
